About Poochievements

Everybody poos. Yet many people feel too embarrassed to track it, talk about it, or tell a doctor when something changes. We think that’s a problem worth solving with a bit of humour and a lot of care.

Our mission

Make it effortless — even fun — to understand your own bowel habits, so you notice changes early and walk into appointments with clear information instead of guesswork.

How our content is made

Our guides and quiz questions are written in plain English and informed by NHS patient leaflets and NHS websites, which we link as sources on every guide. We review content regularly and date every page. We are not doctors, and nothing on this site replaces professional medical advice.

Our principles

  • Private by default: no ads, no third-party tracking, no data selling.
  • Safety first: red-flag symptoms always point to real-world help — your GP, NHS 111 or 999.
  • You own your data: export it any time, delete it any time.
  • Free for everyone: funded by voluntary donations.
